Cell Differentiation

Research on stem cells offers insights into how development proceeds as well as a platform for disease modeling, drug discovery, and regenerative therapy development. Stem cells are defined by the ability to self-renew and differentiate into intermediate and terminal cell types. There are many types of stem cells (pluripotent stem cells, adult stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, neural stem cells, and cancer stem cells). For expansion and differentiation in vitro, each stem cell type requires specialized growth conditions, such as defined serum-free medium, specific growth factors, and adhesion molecules.

In stem cell biology, recent advances have demonstrated that small molecules and transcription factors can directly reprogram stem cells or differentiate them into terminal somatic cells.

DA-TA Biotech assist clients with the development of early stage research projects using a variety of different experimentation methods.

Our scientists are here to answer your questions and provide project support. We are here to define the best way to carry out the project, including the type of cells needed, the production scale, and the characterization tests required.

Our products and services are here to support your goal. At each stage, our tools for reprogramming stem cells, culture, engineering, differentiation and analysis will remove obstacles that may arise during the project, allowing you to push your experiments forward.

Da-Ta Biotech can help you to create models for drug and toxicology studies, human diseases, and regenerative cell replacement treatments.
