Organ preservation techniques will allaow the best employment of organs donations for later engraftments. Along with the need to preserve large organs that suffer from hypoxia and cloth formation within its vasculature, comes the need to develop devices that may perfuse and preserve regarding not only medium content and sterility but cool ischemia time or worm ischemia time as well. Reperfusion with blood may by itself cause inflammation and oxidative damage to the organ.
